Insurance: Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your insurance coverage carefully. If I do not carry your insurance I can provide you an invoice that you can submit for reimbursement.

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Do I have a co-pay and if so, how much?
Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?
Payment: Cash, Check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. You are expected to pay all applicable fees (co-payments) at the time services are provided, unless special payment arrangements are made in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Please allow 24-hours for any cancelled appointments. If you miss an appointment and did not notify 24 hour in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. This applies except in cases of true emergencies.
