I use active and supportive listening with a strengths-based approach. My goal is to empower you and your story and to assist you in forming positive self-talk. At times in our lives, our thoughts can be negative and can create inner-discord. I want to help support you in pausing and redirecting negative talk to a positive talk and thought process.
